You can log into BILSIS using your student number as “username” and your BILSIS password as “password”. If you forget your BILSIS password, you can click on the “Password Reminder” link on BILSIS student login page.
Newly-admitted students must register via the E-Government system before logging into BILSIS. Those who cannot register via the E-Government system for any reason must register to the University in person. Students who have completed the registration process can proceed to obtain a “student number” through the “Student ID Number Query” under “New Students” on the SAO (Student Affairs Office) web page. Then they can fill in the student number and the provided password into the “username” and “password” fields respectively to log into BILSIS. Student Affairs Office, International Student Unit sends the student numbers and BILSIS passwords of first-time international students enrolled at our university, via e-mail after registration. After logging in, it is recommended to change the password for security purposes.
You can access BILSIS Guides prepared for students (e.g. Course Registration Guide and Leave of Absence Guide) under “Announcements” after logging into the system. It is strictly forbidden to share the guides as per the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
