As per HU Senate Decision, students - who cannot reach Ankara from outside the city as a result of difficulties in transportation due to adverse weather conditions - may apply to their programs or departments with an official letter documenting their status. The relevant Board of Executives is going to evaluate the status of such students and may grant them a right to participate in the "excuse exams" to be held between February 04-11 2022.
