BILSIS has two types of logins for teaching staff: teaching staff login and administrative user login. Academic staff with administrative duties (e.g. Dean/Director of Vocational School, Head of Department, and Faculty/Program Bologna Coordinators) should log in through the "Administrative User Entry" for administrative operations, whereas all the academic staff should use the "Teaching Staff Entry" for academic operations. Information on the administrative user login is provided below under the administrative user section.
For teaching staff login, the staff ID number and the BILSIS password should be filled in the "user name" and "password" sections respectively. If you forget your BILSIS teaching staff account password, you can get a new password sent to your registered email address through the “password reminder” on the teaching staff login page.
For newly appointed teaching staff to open an account on BILSIS, an official letter should be sent to the SAO by the unit to which they are affiliated, containing the following information:Republic of Turkey ID number, staff ID number, name and surname, the unit to which they are affiliated, mobile phone number and email address.After the account is created, the system will send the password of the teaching staff to his/her email address for the first use.
You can access BILSIS Guides to academic and advisory procedures prepared for teaching staff (e.g. Guide to Registration Approval Procedures and Guide to Graduation Approval Procedures, and) under “Announcements” after logging into the system. It is strictly forbidden to share the guides with anyone outside the University as per the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
