Students who have been placed in our university through Türkiye scholarships for the 2022- 2023 academic year must submit the following documents to the Student Affairs Office in person for registration.

Documents required for registration:
1. Copy of passport,
2. 2 biometric photographs,
3. Certificate of Equivalence,
4. Original copy (hardcopy) of the diploma,
5. In case the diploma is not issued in English or Turkish, certified Turkish translation of the diploma
6. Turkish proficiency certificate (if any),
7. English proficiency certificate (if any),
8. Residence permit card (if any).

For non-holders of Turkish and/or foreign language proficiency certificate, the schedule of exemption exams to be held by the HU School of Foreign Languages and the Turkish and Foreign Language Teaching, Practice and Research Center (TÖMER) has been announced on the web page of these departments. Therefore, we strongly advise Türkiye scholarship students to closely follow the following web pages.

Students placed at our university within the scope of Türkiye scholarships must attend a oneyear Turkish preparatory class. Thus, those who seek to be exempted from Turkish preparatory class must either submit an acceptable score from an exam recognized by TÖMER, or sit for the Turkish language proficiency exam held by TÖMER. Otherwise, students are required to attend a one-year of Turkish preparatory class.
