• Students who have not obtained the right to transfer externally, but have been enrolled in a formal education program of a higher education institution in Ukraine for the fall semester of the 2021-2022 academic year and before, may apply to study as a special student within the quotas determined by Hacettepe University.
• Such students must apply in person to the relevant Faculties with the documents required for special studentship.
• Students who have been admitted to our University as special students may study at our university for two semesters starting from the fall semester of the 2022-2023 academic year, taking a maximum of two courses in one semester.
• Special students are given a certified document showing achievements such as ECTS credits and exam results for the theoretical/practical courses they have taken.

Application Documents:

• Student Certificate (a document indicating departmental information and class, proving enrollment in a higher educational institution in Ukraine)
• Transcript of Records
• Copy of the Turkish identity card
• Copy of passport
• Application letter as a special student.
